Welcome To Chipotle
I eat a lot of burritos anyway.
The truth is that Chipotle has yet to come to Massachusetts. I've had many Chipotle meals at multiple locations in the DC / VA area, so I'm no stranger. The, "You have to try Chipotle" emails and comments can stop.
There are over 450 Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants in the US, owned by McDonalds. Yahoo Finance has the facts although you won't find that on their official site.

Chipotle is the best burrito I have ever had! They steam the tortilla (as you commented you liked), it is very tightly wrapped, it is huge and very cheap, the meats/chicken are great. The best thing about Chipotle is...
THE RICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some people like Spanish rice, some people like white rice. I am a white rice gal and I will search high and low for a burrito with white rice.
(I love it but for those who don't, you can barely taste the lime and cilantro. :))
Cool site! Good job on Phantom.

OMG~!! The burrito is the best. I love it ...I love it. It is like no other burrito i've ever tasted, it is just simply awesome. The Black beans just add a great taste to it. I live in jersey and I travel to nyc on weekends just to eat chipotle. I even got my boyfriend and close friend hooked on it. I just wish they would open one in Jersey close to where I live, that would just be the ideal thing.

Sergei,
We do have plans to open in Boston by the end of this year, if all goes as planned. Hang in there, friend.

Is Chipotle ever going to open any restaurants in the Boston area? I
like it a lot more than Qdoba, and if theres a market for it in
Manhattan, why not Boston? Thanks.

Dear Sergei Your preference to Chipotle is your obvious lack of taste buds. I ate at Qdoba for the first time this week and was amazed. Everything at Chipotle is spicy and tastes the same, not to mention the lack of menu choices. We didnt know any better until the Qdobas started to open here in Orlando and I must say I am glad they did. Chipotle doesnt even have Queso gasp how did I live without that!

I like the margaritas. Only $3 too! The margaritas at the Chipotle's in atlanta are great!
I also like the burito bowls...I'm going to attempt to make my own burrito bowl this wknd.....
Which do you like better: Moes or Chipotle? I stopped eating at Moes. I prefer Chipotle any day...
I'd love to read what you have to say about burritos in Atlanta...I suppose I should search your site some more first....

Why are so many Chipotles so slow lately? I mean the other day I went into a store and I was the only customer and when I left there was no customers. Also, I went to a new store and even the GM didn't know how to roll my burrito worth a damn. If CMG claims their new management program is a success, why are the stores so dirty and crew so unhappy?
Here is a couple of quotes from a manager at a store in the SE.
" I think CMG's corporate motto is "We're not happy until our employees are not happy!"
When asked why he thought business was so slow he responded "I really don't care why."
Now if I was in charge, I would figure that one out real fast!

chipotle will NEVER win against anna's. anna's tastes so much better and is also cheaper.
anna's >>>>> chipotle

I must say that I have to disagree with a burrito rating in the 4's for Chipotle. Based upon reader comments it certainly seems to be a controversial rating. While I am not nearly as qualified as the experts on this website, it is legitimate to argue that the Chipotle Burrito is in fact one of the best values out there at about $5. And if you just get the chicken fajita, without beans, guac, cheese or sour cream, it remains tasy and low cal. However, I always put about half a bottle of the green tobasco sauce on them, so that's probably not good.
